Entry to the apartment is by a spiral staircase leading up from the garden to the apartment's large terrace furnished with table, sofa and chairs, pergola, two sunbeds, shower with hot and cold water and a grill.

From the terrace one enters the living room where there is a sofa which converts to a double bed and a wardrobe; on the right hand side is the dining table and well equipped kitchen area with hob with 2 electric rings, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, both Italian moka and filter coffee machines.

Nearby is a sliding door opening on to the bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.

On the left hand side is a glass enclosed loggia with two single beds or a double bed.

The apartment has air conditioning for the cold months of the year and for the summertime.

There is parking space in the villa's enclosed garden.
