From the north side of the garden one enters the living room. In front of this entrance there is a gazebo furnished for eating outside with marble table and wrought iron settess with comfortable cushions. In the apartment's private garden there are also an outside shower, a barbecue and two deckchairs. 

On entering the living room to the right is the well equipped kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and both Italian moka and filter coffee machines as well as a washing machine.
In front of the kitchen is a fireplace and a wooden table with six chairs. In the living room there is a sofa which converts to two single beds. From the living room one enters the bedroom with window-door, a double bed and a single bed. From the bedroom one enters the bathroom with shower cubicle.

In the living room there is a communicating door which can be opened to the other ground floor apartment, Erica, should the two be rented together as Gardenia.

The apartment is very well furnished and has central heating. In the grounds of the villa there is ample parking space.
