The entrance leads to a small hallway with 4 doors: one to the left, one to the right and two opposite the entrance:

• The left door opens on to a large marble bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and window over looking the sea. 
• The door to the front left leads in to a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a cot is available on request.. There is a large built in wardrobe with iron and ironing board and a chest of drawers. From this room there is access to a balcony facing the sea and furnished with marble table and wrought iron chairs with cushions.
• The door to the front right leads into the dining room where there is a dining table, sideboard and two armchairs which convert into single beds.

The kitchen area is very well equipped with gas hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, both Italian moka and filter coffee machines and a dishwasher. This room leads to a balcony with breathtaking views. From this balcony you can look over   80km of uninterrupted beach from the Romito Promontory to Populonia and the Gulf of Baratti and on the horizon see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica. The balcony is furnished with wrought iron chairs, marble table and sun umbrella. The remaining door in the entrance hallway leads to Apt. Murex which can be rented together with Apt. Nautilus.
For the colder months there is central heating and during the summer there is air conditioning and blinds which protect the apartment from the sun and too much heat.

Between the apartment building and the beach is a private courtyard where there is room to park your car.

The sandy beach in front of the house is free to use. In summer months close by in a northerly direction sun umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and beach huts are available for hire and to the south the beach belongs to a hotel where one can use the pool and other facilities on payment. There is access directly on to the beach from the buildings basement level where there is also an outside shower.
