The entrance leads from the garden into the living room where there is a sitting area with wickerwork furniture and a sofa (which converts to two single beds), on the right there is the dining area with a round table that seats six persons.

To the right of the living room is the well equipped kitchen corner with 2 elecric  hobs and electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher and both Italian moka and filter coffee machines.

A hallway from the living room leads to the bedroom with double bed (which can be converted into two single beds) a further single bed and a large fitted wardrobe.

Further along the hallway there is the bathroom in travertine with washing machine and shower cubicle.

The apartment has its own private area in the garden where under a pergola you will find a travertine table, chairs and a wrought iron sofa with comfortable cushions. Also in the garden is a private shower with hot and cold water, a barbecue, and two deckchairs.

The apartment is centrally heated.
