The villa is located about 250 metres from the sea in a secular pine forest in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, Livorno. It is surrounded by a private enclosed garden of about 1,200 sqm. The villa has three floors and is divided into well furnished apartments; on the second floor there is apartment Iris which is 40 sqm and a 60 sqm terrace, on the first floor there is apartment Azalea which is 100 sqm and a 50 sqm terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments Bougainvillea and Camelia, both are 50 sqm. The house is built on a dune making it possible for each apartment to have its own separate garden. There are barbecues for each apartment and plenty of parking space.
