From the garden on the east side one enters the living room.
In front of this entrance there is a gazebo furnished with marble table and wrought iron settees with comfortable cushions.
In the apartment's private garden there are also a barbecue, an outside shower and two deckchairs.

On entering the living room to the left is the well equipped kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and both italian moka and filter coffee machines.
In front of the kitchen is a wooden table with six chairs.
In this living room there is also a sofa which converts to two single beds.
From the living room one enters the bedroom, with window-door,  a double bed, a single bed and the door to the bathroom with shower.

In the living room is a communicating door to Apt. Fresia which can be opened when the two apartments are rented together as Gardenia.

The apartment is very well furnished and has central heating.
In the villa's grounds there is ample parking space.
