The apartment consists of a single room plus bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea furnished with marble table and wrought iron chairs.

Entering one finds on the right a sofa which converts to a double bed and a pouff-bed  which converts to a single bed. To the front there is a dining table and a cupboard. On the left there is a well equipped cooking area with two electric rings, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, both Italian moka and filter coffee machines and a dishwasher. There are two cupboards one of which has an iron and ironing board. The door to the left leads into the marble bathroom, with shower cubicle and washing machine.

The apartment has central heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer, and as you can see from the floor plan there are communicating doors to Apartments Le Finestre and Nautilus.

The sandy beach in front of the apartment is very big. In summer months close by in a northerly direction sun umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and beach huts are available for hire and to the south the beach belongs to a hotel where one can use the pool and other facilities on payment. There is access directly on to the beach from the buildings basement level where there is an outside shower.

Parking is possible in the roads around the building or in a fenced garden 300 metres away belonging to Tuscany Holidays.
